Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms, while spacious and with great views, were not well-maintained and one had a leaking drain. The service was far from ideal as the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The noise from the pool area continued late into the night, making it hard to relax. Overall, it was not the experience we hoped for, especially for the price we paid.
